Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. To be respectful of your fellow clients, please cancel as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

 

If cancellation is necessary, we require 48 hours' notice by calling 808-347-9000, email jason@FullGlassCoaching.com or cancel your appointment with the link in your current calendar invitation. 

 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the client the missed session fee.

 

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
